Scott, Joe, and Emilia from Elements visited us at the Small World Roastery in Rocky Hill to create a blend for their restaurant in Princeton. They tasted their way around the coffee-growing world, while never leaving New Jersey. After multiple cuppings, this impressive blend of coffees from Java, Sumatra, and Guatemala was created. It has great flavor, amazing body, and just enough complexity to be exciting.

The Small World Coffee and Elements partnership represents our mutual desire to co-create with other local businesses and to give back to the community that supports us. This interdependence is what helps to create sustainability in Princeton. A portion of the sales from this pound of coffee will be donated to the Princeton School Garden Cooperative!
