We originally designed our house blend to work well as both espresso and brewed coffee, and we love the bright flavors that we get from it, but sometimes you want a cup of coffee that you can sip a little slower. For our home brew, we took the brighter African coffees out of the blend, and added a little more Indonesian to balance the flavor towards a more leisurely mouthfeel.
Just like in the House Blend, you’ll notice the same combination of medium brightness from the colombian and big lingering body from the Sumatran. We’ve added more Papua New Guinea to give it a clean finish, Java for chocolate notes, and Peru for its sweetness.
